Can not get entry to My Verizon

(*12*)Each time I attempt to get entry to MV, I am getting an “Sadly My Verizon has stopped” message. Verizon used to be no help- restart the telephone, take away the battery, and many others.
I suppose it is one thing extra systemic. I simply spotted it these days. I attempted uninstalling any other apps that I put in just lately however no success. The bozo at Verizon advised uninstalling MV and reinstalling however he will have to have recognized that it used to be pre-installed and may just no longer be uninstalled.
