ERROR: Message Code 715-123130 when attempting to download Windows 7 ISO
– I’m trying to download Windows 7 .iso image using the product key located underneath my laptop, but I face the same problem:
“We encountered a problem with your request. Please visit
Microsoft Support Contact Us page for assistance. Refer to Message Code 715-123130 and Transaction ID c161f023-f2d1-4e12-b623-c4cae15366d5.”
– I’ running windows 10 currently, and my laptop is HP620
