
Can not verify security code
I created an email acct and for the purpose of this conversation I don’t have a phone #.
i fwd a couple of emails to the new created email and it is fine. Then, I tried to send an email and error …
verify that I am trying to send the email.
Login into manage account and security. Entered the alternate email and it sent the security code. Entered and it was fine. It verified the alternative email.
in the process I was able to change the dropdown option from phone number and saved to make the alternative email receive future codes.
It is not taking the changes I made. It keeps asking me the phone number and I do not have the option to get it send to the alternate email address.
