Dangerous Symbol Mistakes – dll recordsdata converting to 0 bytes
Have an odd downside (to me anyway)
Final week I were given “Dangerous Symbol” mistakes with Adobr Lightroom (this system had labored OK in the past). Two .dll recordsdata had been indexed as corrupt and in Explorer each had been proven has having 0 bytes dimension. Re-installation resolved the issue.
As of late I’ve had the similar “unhealthy symbol” error with every other program. Techsmith SnagIt. As soon as once more it used to be .dll recordsdata they usually display in explorer as 0 bytes. The timestamp at the 0 byte dlls is the time of the mistake i.e. these days (no longer when the recordsdata had been put in).
What I have performed to this point :
Ran McAfee viruscan throughout all disks – no issues reported.
Ran Malwarebytes – no issues reported
Went to the houses for the disk pressure and below “Gear” ran error take a look at – not anything discovered
The disk is an SSD so I went to Samsung Magician which displays pressure situation as just right and S.M.A.R.T. displays put on levelling depend at Present Price 99. I don’t use Speedy Mode.
The issues are taking place on a Samsung 850 Evo 500GB
Any ideas welcome
