Putting in new ssd force in a chum’s HP computer..she does not have key

Can´t Get entry to Home windows 10 Instalation Media from Startup

Pc: hp 15-b104sp

SSD: Kingston SSDNow UV400

My HDD appeared to be corrupt. Even though I´ve controlled thru MS-DOS to replicate the information I sought after to a USB Pressure, I couldn´t get right of entry to Home windows nor any of the restore/recuperate choices on UEFI.

So, I´ve formatted it (thru MS-DOS) and I purchased and put in a brand new SSD force in my PC (checked the compatibility), and created a USB Pressure with Home windows 10 Set up Media.

Once I boot the computer, it doesn´t acknowledge this USD Pressure.

After making an attempt this, I´ve created a boot force with Home windows XP and I will be able to get right of entry to the set up, but if it asks to make a choice the force to put in on, it best has the choice for the USB force that accommodates the boot. It doesn´t acknowledge the SSD.

What else can I attempt to set up Home windows (any model) on my computer?
