Errors are indicated by means of the LED, and warnings are displayed on the follow of the computer hooked up to the printer.

No paper.

Set the paper, and press the Resume/Cancel button.

Paper jam.

Remove the jammed paper, and press the Resume/Cancel button.

The print head is not installed

Arrange the print head, and close the print headcover.

The print head is not installed accurately. (EEPROM data of the print head is erroneous.)

Re-install the print head, or with the print head installed, turn the printer off and on.

Warning: The waste ink absorber becomes just about entire (to approx. 95% of the maximum capacity).

Pressing the Resume/Cancel button will cross out the error, and make allowance printing. In repair servicing, exchange the 4-item set of the drained pack ass’y (QL2-0194) and the 3 ink absorbers (QC1-1210 / 1211 / 1212) at the equivalent time.

The black or color ink tank is not installed, or not installed accurately.

Arrange each and every the black and color ink tanks. If they are installed, reset them accurately.

Value the battery, or connect the AC adapter to resume printing.
