MakerBeam Swarf Cleanout

Taking part in with Comparing a not too long ago arrived MakerBeam Starter Package published swarf snarls within the tapped finish holes. After giving up on a (*(*18*)*)needle-nose tweezer, a compressed air blow gun expelled the mess from a handful of quick beams:

Makerbeam - internal swarf A(*8*)Makerbeam – inner swarf A

(*10*)

A scrap of acoustic foam backstopped the remainder of the collection:

(*1*)(*8*)Makerbeam – inner swarf B

(*10*)

Which doesn’t account for the scattering of swarf and oil blown in other places within the Basement Store.

In all probability a foul day within the MakerBeam manufacturing facility?

Protip: put on eye coverage when the usage of compressed air!
