My windows may be showing wrong drivers to my pc?

Hi buddies, this can be a query referring to my computer’s drivers. I’ve not too long ago upgraded my outdated computer via including SSD & new RAM. Then put in window 10 professional.(*10*)That is my PC configuration:

(*10*)Instrument identify desktop-PC(*7*)Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-3110M CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz(*7*)Put in RAM 8.00 GB (7.88 GB usable)(*7*)Instrument ID ****(*8*)(*7*)Product ID ****(*8*)(*7*)Gadget sort 64-bit running machine, x64-based processor(*7*)Pen and contact No pen or contact enter is to be had for this show

(*10*)Version Home windows 10 Professional(*7*)Model 21H2(*7*)Put in on ‎29-‎12-‎2022(*7*)OS construct 19044.1415(*7*)Revel in Home windows Function Revel in Pack 120.2212.3920.(*12*)

(*10*)After a success OS put in, I made window updates & it robotically put in appropriate drivers too. Now My laptop is operating neatly.

(*10*)However underneath the Window replace, there’s a choice of extra drivers replace. There I discovered those drivers. Take a look at this symbol right here: (*2*)

(*10*)My QUESTION is said to those Xeon(R) drivers. I suppose those are server comparable drivers.

(*10*)So why home windows is appearing them to me?(*8*)

(*10*)Will have to I put in them or no longer?
